Galileo's Bowling Alley.  The history of philosophy from Galileo to Heidegger in a snapshot.  Featuring the empiricists (Hobbes, Locke, Berkeley and Hume), turning positivist (with Mill and Russell), and going astray (Wittgenstein); the rationalists (Descartes, Spinoza and Leibniz); Kant's solution to end philosophy, leading to mad Schopenhauer and the bright Romanticists (Fichte, Schelling and Hegel), turning to existentialism and phenomenology (Kierkegaard, Sartre, Brentano, Husserl, Heidegger and Merleau-Ponty).
